When you're using a Microsoft 365 program with Windows, there are two ways to copy the contents of what you see on your screen (commonly referred to as a "screenshot" or "screen capture"). You can use the Snipping Tool or the PRINT SCREEN key.

Windows 10. Depending on your hardware, you may use the Windows Logo Key + PrtScn button as a shortcut for print screen. If your device does not have the PrtScn button, you may use Fn + Windows logo key + Space Bar to take a screenshot, which can then be printed.
